Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible.

Wherever possible, 72 hours’ notice is greatly appreciated, as it gives me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

Deposits

A non–refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments over £15. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available and make the perfect gift for birthdays, christmas or simply as a special treat for someone.
